ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of our products, including signed books, special editions, limited-edition items, merchandise, and collector boxes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect selections, or accidental purchases.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact Haus of Jas’A within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, shipping packaging, and any visible damage so we can review the issue.
If your claim is approved, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and product availability.
Haus of Jas’A is not responsible for normal wear, minor cosmetic differences in handmade or specially prepared items, or damage that occurs after delivery.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and prepared with care. Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for processing and shipping, unless a different timeframe is stated on the individual product page. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery times after shipment vary based on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order. Haus of Jas’A is not responsible for packages delivered to an address incorrectly entered by the customer.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be resent. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building or mailroom, and the shipping carrier.
